The story

Andrew Savage was the picture of an alpha leader in Pearl Islands — a no-nonsense attorney who ran the Morgan tribe and looked like a lock deep into the game. Then the season's Outcasts twist voted two eliminated players back in, the returning Lillian Morris swung against him, and Savage was blindsided in tenth, one of the most famous casualties of a Survivor twist.

He waited twelve years for redemption, and in Cambodia he came back a savvy veteran, anchoring the Bayon alliance and steering the early post-merge votes. His threat level caught up with him at the exact moment that defined the season: Kelley Wentworth played a hidden idol that erased nine votes against her and sent Savage to the jury in twelfth — blindsided again at the height of his game.
