Episode Guide
How Survivor: Survivor 46 unfolded, week by week.
- 1“This is Where the Legends are Made”Feb 28, 2024Eighteen new players land across three tribes, and Yanu draws the rough start that ends up defining its whole season. On a Sweat vs. Savvy journey, David Jelinsky famously misreads the task, tapping out of a challenge early because he figured 'several hours' meant something shorter, then gives up his vote rather than bluff for an advantage. When Yanu loses, his blunders make him the easy unanimous call, sent home first.
- 2“Scorpio Energy”Mar 6, 2024Yanu's losing streak rolls right on, and the starving tribe is fraying, with Jess Chong reduced to eating ants just to get by. Meanwhile Kenzie, Tiffany, and Q have whittled a fake idol to mess with people's heads. At Tribal, Jess tries to wave her 'idol' around for safety, only for Probst to gently inform her it isn't a real one, and Jess is voted out.
- 3“Wackadoodles Win”Mar 13, 2024There's no vote this week, because Nami loses a player to a frightening medical situation. Randen Montalvo wakes up with numbness and a loss of mobility down one side, a suspected nerve issue in his neck and back. He's cleared to compete in the challenge, but after the medical team weighs in, Probst pulls him from the game on Day 7. Randen is medically evacuated, an abrupt end through no fault of his own.
- 4“Don't Touch the Oven”Mar 20, 2024Yanu is down to almost nothing, and Bhanu Gopal, who's been struggling all season, is sent on an advantage journey where he spills far too much, naming the tribe's power players to the other side. Then he turns around and tells his own tribemates exactly what he leaked, burning up whatever trust he had left. No real vote is even needed; the tribe agrees, and after Bhanu gets to share his story, his torch is snuffed.
- 5“Tiki Man”Mar 27, 2024Siga has cruised all season, so their first trip to Tribal scrambles the picture. Jem Hussain-Adams had completed her Beware Advantage and was carrying a hidden idol, but she misreads the danger and keeps it tucked away. The votes split 5-2 her way, and Jem is blindsided with the idol still in her pocket.
- 6“Cancel Christmas”Apr 3, 2024The merge lands as Nuinui, but with a catch: a 'Survivor limbo' twist splits the group, handing immunity to a chunk of players and leaving the rest exposed. Moriah Gaynor, already on thin ice after refusing to vote with the group earlier, is one of the unprotected names. When the vote comes, Moriah is the simplest call and is sent out 6-1.
- 7“Episode Several”Apr 10, 2024A double-elimination night, named with a wink at Jelinsky's old 'several' gaffe. The merged tribe splits into two groups for two separate Tribals. At the first, Tim Spicer is voted out as the last boot before the jury. At the second, Venus engineers a blindside that catches Soda Thompson, sent out to become the first member of the jury.
- 8“Hide 'N Seek”Apr 17, 2024Tribal Council goes completely sideways when Q Burdette, eaten up with guilt over failing to protect an ally, stands up and tells the tribe he wants them to vote HIM out. They refuse to give him what he's begging for. Instead, with Hunter winning immunity, the vote lands on Tevin Davis, sent to the jury in one of the strangest Tribals the new era has produced.
- 9“Spicy Jeff”Apr 24, 2024Hunter McKnight has been a challenge and strategy threat all season, and the tribe finally lines up to take its shot. The vote ties 4-4 between Hunter and Q, forcing a revote nobody can feel safe about. On the do-over the votes fall on Hunter, blindsided to the jury with a hidden idol still in his pocket.
- 10“Run the Red Light”May 1, 2024Tiffany Nicole Ervin has been a force all game, but the pressure of the late stage gets to her and she spirals at the worst possible moment. Her allies sense the wobble and move. Tiffany is voted out 5-3 and off to the jury, the second player in two weeks to leave with an unplayed idol in her pocket.
- 11“My Messy, Sweet Little Friend”May 8, 2024Venus Vafa has been a target practically since the merge, surviving on pure stubbornness while everyone takes turns trying to get her out. This week the group finally has the numbers lined up cleanly. Kenzie, calling Venus her 'messy, sweet little friend,' helps send her to the jury at last.
- 12“Mamma Bear”May 15, 2024Q Burdette has been the season's chaos engine, and he'd dug up the re-hidden merge idol with a plan to shield his ally Maria. But Maria's move against Charlie falls apart, and the table turns straight back on Q. He's blindsided and sent to the jury with the idol still in his pocket, part of a record run of players leaving without ever playing the idol they were holding.
- 13“Friends Going to War”FinaleMay 22, 2024Finale night, and the close allies finally have to turn on one another. At the final five, Kenzie wins immunity and the group sends Maria Shrime Gonzalez to the jury. Then Ben Katzman wins the final immunity and hands the second safe spot to Charlie, forcing a fire-making duel where Kenzie beats Liz Wilcox for the last seat. That sets a Final Tribal of Kenzie, Charlie, and Ben, where Maria swings her vote off her closest ally Charlie and onto Kenzie, praising her grit and her story. The jury rewards Kenzie's game 5-3-0, crowning her the Sole Survivor.
