Everybody on Survivor 46 wanted Venus Vafa gone, and for weeks nobody could close the deal. The Nami original was the obvious target practically from the merge on, the name floated at every Tribal — and every time she clawed off the block and made them try again. She wasn't just surviving it, either: on the double-boot night she ran the vote that blindsided Soda Thompson and sent her out as the first name on the jury. The pariah was the one picking people off.
What finally did her in was just math. The group lined the numbers up clean, and there was no scramble left to make — she even had an idol in her bag she never got to play. It was Kenzie Petty, of all people, who put the last nail in, cooing about her 'messy, sweet little friend' on the way to sending her to the jury. Venus went out seventh, the fifth juror, idol still in her pocket and still arguing — and that's exactly how a player this stubborn should go.
