Every Tribal, the Amigos came in armed, and the returnees had to guess which neck was protected before they could write a single name.
What gets him is they finally just outwaited the idols. Episode 12 was a double-boot, and by then Reynold had nothing left in his pocket — the magic trick only works while you've still got the prop. The Favorites read the night clean and put him away 4-2-1-1, then turned right around and blindsided Andrea the same Tribal, two Amigos-side bodies gone in one episode as Cochran and Dawn's alliance squeezed shut. He went out eighth as the fourth juror, and honestly, for a Fan with no numbers, getting the most powerful alliance in the game to burn whole episodes chasing your idols is its own kind of win — the man was must-see TV right up until he ran dry.
