A pro race car driver dropped into the deep end of Fans vs. Favorites, Julia Landauer spent her Caramoan run on Gota watching a stacked Favorites roster grind the newcomers down. The tribes had been reshuffled, the Favorites held the numbers on every new lineup, and the Fans were getting picked off one at a time — Matt Bischoff the vote before her, and Julia next on the list.
Her exit wasn't really about her. Reynold pulled out yet another hidden idol and played it to protect himself, the Favorites read it and shifted their votes, and when the dust settled the count was tied. Julia lost the tiebreak and went home thirteenth, the last Fan voted out before the merge into Enil Edam even happened.
