Wendell Holland brought an easy, unflappable cool to Ghost Island — a furniture designer who paired genuine likability with a sharp strategic read, running much of the game alongside (and against) his friend-turned-rival Domenick Abbate.
It ended in the closest finish the show has ever staged: a 5-5 tie at the Final Tribal Council between Wendell and Domenick, broken only when third-place finalist Laurel Johnson was asked to cast the deciding vote. She picked Wendell, who'd won two immunities and played an idol to save an ally along the way.
