The story

So Kim's Survivor lasted just three days. A retail buyer on the White Collar tribe, she made the early misstep of lying about having found a hidden immunity idol clue — a bluff meant to build security that instead bred distrust.

Ironically, it was tribemate Carolyn Rivera who had quietly found the real idol. When Masaya lost the first immunity, So's tribe made her the first person voted out of the season.
