Butch Lockley was the Amazon's avuncular elder — a middle-school principal whose calm, loyal social game made him a valued member of the winning Rob/Jenna/Matthew alliance.
He's also responsible for one of the season's most chaotic camp disasters. Post-merge, Butch became fixated on hoarding firewood, stacking a pile so excessive that Rob Cesternino mockingly dubbed himself the "junior-deputy firewood bitch" for being dragged along to help gather it. While the tribe was occupied with the reward challenge, that pile went up, and the Jacare camp burned to the ground. Butch, Jenna, and Heidi returned to find the shelter and most of their belongings gone — Jenna's sorority crown and jacket scorched, Rob's magic 8-ball melted to slag — and Jenna broke down crying in the ashes.
Somehow none of it stuck to him. Butch played dumb, kept his head down, and rode his low-threat reputation all the way to the final four before Jenna's immunity win finally sent him home, a well-liked veteran of the season's dominant bloc.
