Ace strode into Gabon as the self-assured operator of the Kota tribe — a smooth-talking charmer who tried to run his alliance from the center and believed he had Sugar's hidden idol practically in his pocket.
It turned out the trust only ran one way. When the votes came for him, Sugar kept her idol tucked away, and Ace's confident grip on the game evaporated into a twelfth-place blindside. One of Gabon's great lessons in how fast a smooth talker can talk himself right out of the game.
