Greg "Tarzan" Smith was the gloriously eccentric heart of One World — a 64-year-old plastic surgeon whose malapropisms, old-school code of honor, and tendency to wander camp in next to nothing made him one of the most purely entertaining characters of his era. Beneath the comedy was a devoted family man whose loyalty to his wife and his odd, courtly sense of integrity defined his game.
More canny than his goofball edit suggested, he survived deep into the season as the women's alliance ran the table, finally going out in sixth. A camp legend remembered as much for the laughs as for outlasting players half his age.
