Probst sprang the Mutiny on Cook Islands and watched two players sprint across the beach: Candice and Penner ditched Aitutaki to pile onto Rarotonga, leaving Yul, Ozzy, Becky and Sundra stranded as an Aitu Four down 4-to-8. Brad was on the fat side of that math, an easygoing fashion-industry guy who'd ridden the four-tribe ethnic-split format and the reshuffles without ever making an enemy.
Then the Aitu Four went and won immunity anyway, and the whole twist backfired in slow motion: a bloated Rarotonga of eight now had to eat one of its own, and the low-conflict guy with no tight alliance to protect him was the easy name. The two mutineers swelled the tribe, and the tribe answered by cutting Brad first — out twelfth, 6-1, the first juror.
